Beach Weddings from $150.00 Non-Denominational Notary Public Officiant

Florida is one of only three states that authorize their notaries public to "solemnize the rites of matrimony." §117.045, Florida Statutes. A Florida notary may perform a marriage ceremony providing the couple first obtain a marriage license from an authorized Florida official and may only perform such ceremony within the geographical boundaries of Florida.

Intimate Beach Wedding Ceremonies  

In order to get married in Florida you must already have a Florida marriage license. Here's a link to: Complete the Broward  Online Pre-Application. After completing the online form you must print it and bring it to any Broward County Courthouses locations and fees to obtain your Marriage License.
